	June 11, 2009 SUB 233 Feedback from departments on suggested power management practices. Sarah Veltkamp will address the WebCT access deadline of June 15th. Tammie Brown, Director of Housing/CHO will addressing the decision to discontinue the use of the Banner Location Module and its replacement Star*Rez.
	July 9, 2009 SUB 233 Adam Edelman, Chief Security Officer, and Rich Shattuck, Security Analyst, will discuss current security group activities and security-related service offerings.
	August 20, 2009 SUB 233 Mary DeGraw, Banner Student MTL, and Dan Marsh, ITC, will be discussing the Banner 8 Upgrade.  The discussion will address the use of applications such a Microsoft Access, Excel, Crystal Reports or other desktop tools to report and analyze Banner 8 Data.The document called "Banner 8 Upgrade Advisory" is available under the SPG Meeting Minutes.
	September 10, 2009 SUB 168 Tom Morrison will be available to answer questions regarding the NetID at the meeting
	October 15, 2009 SUB 233 Ritchie Boyd will give a brief overview of the broad goals of the campus Lecture Capture pilot, and a description of the software (Camtasia Relay) and process. Trevor Murray will give an overview of what they are doing at Nursing with respect to Lecture Capture pilot.

	December 10, 2009 SUB 233 Erik Varney, VZW engineer for the Western Region, will talk about the New VZW phone/PDA devices, the latest information on LTE, non-BES technologies that enable Blackberry (and other) handhelds to sync with Exchange, and much more.

May 8, 2008 SUB 276 VMWare presentation by Justin Hoffman, VMware Regional Director, will address best practices for virtualization and will cover an overview of their offerings in the virtualization space as well as addressing competitive advantages their products offer.  The presenter will be prepared to field questions. June 12, 2008 SUB 106E Ivan Judson will tell us briefly about the RFP for the email/calendaring and Carol Shannon will brief us on the computer reallocation letters that should go out to department heads this week. July 17, 2008 SUB 276 Joint with Unix Users' Group The College of Engineering has been phasing in VMware Infrastructure 3 for production servers.  They are using VirtualCenter to manage their VMware servers. Ernie Visser will talk about their implementation of ESX servers and VirtualCenter. He will talk about their experiences with physical to virtual (P2V) migrations of existing servers. December 11, 2008 SUB 233 Pete Masse, System Administrator for Chemistry, will talk about his migration of the Chemistry staff/faculty email from a departmental server to gmail.
