Montana Wheat and Barley Committee Grant
It is the mission of the Montana Wheat and Barley Committee to promote local research and develop trade markets around the world, all grant funding will support this mission.
Sponsorships are awarded quarterly: January, April, July and October.
U.S.A. Dry Pea and Lentil
The U.S.A. pulse crop industry is dedicated to robust scientific research to continue to advance dry peas, lentils, chickpeas, and dry beans. Research directed towards enhancing the development of pulses provides a unique opportunity to demonstrate how their increased use and consumption and positively impact agricultural systems, the food industry, and public health.

Specialty Crop Block Grant
The Montana Department of Agriculture is pleased to present the Specialty Crop Block Grant (SCBG). The purpose of this program is to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops in Montana. For purposes of the program, specialty crops are defined as fruits, vegetables, peas and lentils, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops (including floriculture).

Noxious Weed Trust Fund
The Montana Noxious Weed Trust Fund (NWTF) Grant Program was established by the 1985 Montana Legislature to provide funding for the noxious weed research projects, state and community education/development projects, and local cooperative - landowner cost share.
